Ramon Ruiz
Ramon Ruiz has developed his career in two directions. Performing and Teaching.

Ramon Ruiz is a registered Flamenco guitar teacher at the London College of Music, Morley College and Richmond music trust. He gives regular Flamenco Guitar workshops around the UK and individual guitar tuition to students of all levels. His repertoire includes Solea, Seguiriya, Tientos, Tangos, Bulerias, Farruca, Sevillanas, Alegrias, Solea por Bulerias and incorporates 'falsetas' by Diego del Gastor, Paco de Lucia, Serranito and Manolo Sanlucar amongst others.
Classes can be recorded with audio or video devices and the music is transcribed in Tablature or Notation. Beginners' classes cover basic flamenco guitar techniques. Intermediate and advanced classes will be arranged according to the level of the students. Children are welcome.
Classes cover thoroughly the following subjects:
Right hand arpeggios, picado, alzapua, rasgueos and pulgar
Left hand techniques, chords, open chords, scales, flamenco dissonances, chord progressions, and modulations.
His repertoire includes Solea, Seguiriya, Tientos, Tangos, Bulerias, Rumba, Farruca, Sevillanas, Alegrias, Solea por Bulerias, and incorporates 'falsetas' by Diego del Gastor, Paco de Lucia, Serranito and Manolo Sanlucar, Vicente Amigo, Tomatito amongst others.
He regularly assists to masterclases in Spain with Manolo Sanlucar, Jose Antonio Rodriguez and Manolo Franco. All the music is then transcribed to tablature or notation and passed on to his advanced students.
